Leads

Leads are our potential clients.

How to add a lead?

• Menu: Marketing > Leads

• Add Lead

Fill in the following fields:

1. First Name
2. Last Name
3. Primary Phone (if any)
4. Company (if any)
5. Title (Mr, Mrs, Ms, Dr – if there are any doubts)
6. Primary Email
7. Website (if any)
8. Annual Revenue (if over $100 mln)
9. Assigned To (choose from Users)
   
10. Description (if any)
    
11. Lead Status
    

• Lost Lead (someone you have talked or worked with and he refused to work further)
  
• Junk Lead (someone who we are not interested to work with or spam)
  
• Hot (whom you have sent an offer and are waiting for a reply or an an approval, who is interested in collaboration)
  
• Contacted (someone who we have ever contacted to)
  
• Contact in future
  
• Cold (someone who you are going to send an offer to)
  
• Warm (who is interested in collaboration)
  

• Address (country obligatory, other details, if there are in signature)

• Click “save”
