Leads are our potential clients.

How to add a lead?

- Menu: Marketing > Leads

- Add Lead

1. Fill in the following fields: - First Name
2. Last Name - Primary Phone (if any)
3. Company (if any) - Title (Mr, Mrs, Ms, Dr – if there are any doubts)
4. Primary Email - Website (if any)
5. Annual Revenue (if over $100 mln) - Lead Status
6. Lost Lead (someone you have talked or worked with and he refused to work further) - Junk Lead (someone who we are not interested to work with or spam)
7. Hot (who sent us some files for request, got an offer and we are waiting for an approval) - Contacted (someone whom you have sent an offer and are waiting for a reply)
8. Contact in future - Cold (someone who you are going to send an offer to)
9. Warm (who is interested in collaboration) - Assigned To (choose from Users)
10. Description (if any)
