• Open the project
  

Menu Files
Click on the file > Batch Task > Export for External Review

• Open the bilingual table
  

Send it to the translator for translation or review asking to write the translation or make corrections in Track Changes mode in column “Target”.

• Get the translated/reviewed file from the translator and import in into the project:
  

Click on the file > Batch Task > Unpdate from External Review

• If this is not working do the following:

1. Open your clean bilingual table from item 2 and replace Target column there from the unclean review table (from the translator).
   

1. Delete the old Target column and accepnt all changes.
   

1. Open the project in Trados
   

Menu Files
Click on the file > Batch Task > Update from External Review
Choose your updated file
