Alchemy Translations

We pay via PayPal, bank transfer* or in bitcoins.

Invoice 1 time per month.

Payment within 14 days from the invoice to the staff.
Payment within 60 days from the invoice to the remote translators and others, but usually within a month.

* in EUR or US Dollars in EU countries
* in national currency to other countries

We don't have VAT.

To invoice, please create a DOCX file and add there:

• your name, address, payment information
• the name of our company, address (take from the PO)
• PO number
• Task name, amount of work, rate per item, total sum (should be the same as in PO)

Please send the invoices to invoices@alchemytranslations.com and add your Project Manager to copy.

Without it our accountants cannot accept payments.
