To get acquainted with our workflow please use the following plan of action:

1. Read about Rocket Chat and create an account
   
2. Senior PM will give you working email, phone and accesses within a first week
   
3. Read the general information about the project manager workflow
   
4. Read the detailed PM workflow while leading of a project
   
5. Get acquainted with our website and Organizational culture of Alchemy Translations
   
6. Read the rules for offers and
   
7. Write relies to the typical offers and send them to Senior PM via email
   
8. Read tips, especially tips for searching of contacts
   
9. Search for some contacts/leads and send them to Senior PM
   
10. Read about our CRM VTiger and let know if there are any questions
    
11. Prepare a general offer and approve it with Senior PM, it should contain:
    
    1. our company name
       
    2. goal or other significant information for a potential client
       
    3. main languages
       
    4. areas of specialization
       
    5. a couple of engaging questions
