Please run Netflix quality check ans resolve the warnings before delivery

Tools > Netflix quality check

Choose Tools → Adjust duration - recalculate chars/sec

Or you may add a couple of milliseconds at the beginning or in the end of subtitle:

The text should be max. 42 symbols per line.
Max. 2 lines in one subtitle.

You should split the long text between two lines. Read the rules how to split it.

If Netflix Quality Check shows the issue gaps (3-11 frame gap ⇒ 2 frames gap oder maximum 20 characters per second) please choose Tools → Apply minimum gap between subtitles.
