Telephony at Alchemy Translations

Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) via Session Initiation Protocol (SIP)

We usually use the app Zoiper to make phone calls.
You may install this programme on your laptop or mobile phone. further guides will be later

You need the following data:
server: 4987.140475.sip.pbxww.com
port: 5060
user name:
password:

You may also make internal calls to the staff (it's free) using extensions only, e.g. 133 - Karma (Margarita for the clients; Senior PM; English, German and Russian speaking) 199 - Karma (on mobile) 166 - Sergey (Alex for the clients; PM working with English and German clients) 177 - Viktoria (HR manager)
