Rocket Chat is our working chat where we will discuss everything.

• Register on https://oho2.com or http://oho2.com:3000 using your own email.
• Tell your login to senior project manager or HR manager. They will add you to chat rooms.
• Who is who in RC?

forester – chef
karma – senior project manager, chef assistant (Margarita Gess – for customers)
viktoriia – HR manager (also responsible for finding new translators)
amit_makkar – IT man, he will give you some accesses
sergey – project manager, German and English clients
Victoria – project manager, German and English clients

• Chat rooms:
  • pm – chat room for main questions (English only)
  • pm_chat – chat room for PMs to discuss projects and other questions (English only)
  • it – for IT stuff (English only)
  • hr – here you can ask HR manager to find some translators for your project
• We sometimes use chat rooms for audioconference using Video Call (we use video generally only for screen sharing):

• To find some information in chat, click loupe sign in the upper right corner:
  

• You can send documents via RC. Just drag and drop it from the folder into the chat window.
