Picto 2 - Workflow for Project Managers

Install FileZilla on your laptop (it's free)
open the client's FTP (all info in the table in the left top corner)
download the pictures from the path (from your Hand Off email)
agree with labelers and allocate the pics
set status in Picto2 Files table (use the legend above)
when the pics are ready, check them
gather pics in one folder and upload to the client's FTP to Handback folder
write in pm_chat “Batch xxx” delivered
