Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) via Session Initiation Protocol (SIP)

We usually use the app **Linphone** or **Zoiper** to make phone calls.\\
You may install this programme on your laptop or better mobile phone.

You need the following data:\\
server: 107.173.160.152\\

user name: same as your phone number\\
password: your password\\

You may also make internal calls to the staff (it's free) using extensions only, e.g.\\

To setup Zoiper, you need to fill in the following information:

If you setup your sip phone our your mobile check the following:
=== Receiving calls when running in background ===

Go to **Config** -> **Connectivity** and enable  "Wi-Fi keepalive" and "Stay awake".\\
Go back, open **Advanced ** and enable "Run in background".\\
Go back to **Accounts** -> select your account and then scroll down to "Network settings"\\
Adjust Transport type according to your provider's recommendation.\\

\\It is best to use TCP if it is supported by your VoIp provider.
