 +  The spotting is already done, but if you need to put 2 subtitles together, lengthen one for better visibility or whatever, here are the technical standards we use: 
 +  - 2 images before and after shot 
 +  - Max. 42 characters per line. 
 +  - Max 2 lines per subtitle. 
 +  - Min of 21 images for a subtitle 
 +  - Max 7 seconds for a subtitle 
 +  - 4 images between each subtitle 
 +  - attention to the number of characters per line (punctuation and spaces are to be counted) 
 +  - be careful with line breaks, sometimes capitalization is automatic 
 +  - do not forget the italic formatting

 +  - After you send the link, guides and get confirmation from the subtitler you should [[vtiger:​vtiger_po|create a Purchase Order]] in vTiger 
 +  - If you don't have the subtitler in vendor'​s list, ask HRs to add him/her 
 +  - When the subtitle'​s file is ready, add it to the NC in the appropriate folder
