Picto 2 - Workflow for Project Managers
- Install FileZilla on your laptop (it's free)
- open the client's FTP (all info in the table in the left top corner)
- download the pictures from the path (from your Hand Off email)
- agree with labelers and allocate the pics
- set status in Picto2 Files table (use the legend above)
- when the pics are ready, check them
- gather pics in one folder and upload to the client's FTP to Handback folder
- write in pm_chat “Batch xxx” delivered
How to start working in Filezilla
- Open the client's FTP
- Choose the working folder and download files from “Handoff”
- To upload ready files you should use Handback folder
How to update the table
- Go to Google Tabes > Table “Pactera” > Sheet “Picto2 Files”
- Using the legend
- Update the table while working like this
- You should add batch names as comment like this
- FYI I added project managers and their emails as comments here
