Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) via Session Initiation Protocol (SIP)

We usually use the app Linphone or Zoiper to make phone calls.
You may install this programme on your laptop or better mobile phone.

You need the following data:
server: 107.173.160.152
port: 5961
user name: same as your phone number
password: your password

You may also make internal calls to the staff (it's free) using extensions only, e.g.

• 133 - Karma (Margarita for the clients; Senior PM; English, German and Russian speaking)
  
• 156 - Raissa (PM working with English and German clients)
  
• 166 - Daria (PM working with English and German clients)
  
• 177 - Viktoria (HR manager)

In short, to setup Zoiper on the first page type:

xxx@107.173.160.152:5961 where xxx is your phone extension, see examples above. In the password field type password. The rest you can just skip, it should start working already.

After you setup your phone check the following:

Go to Config → Connectivity and enable “Wi-Fi keepalive” and “Stay awake”.
Go back, open Advanced and enable “Run in background”.
Go back to Accounts → select your account and then scroll down to “Network settings”
Adjust Transport type according to your provider's recommendation.

\\It is best to use TCP if it is supported by your VoIp provider.
